Need a quick mental reset? The Mindful Minute is a short guided meditation designed to help you slow down, breathe, and reconnect with the present moment. During this session we’ll combine simple breathing techniques with a short meditation to help calm the nervous system and bring your mind back to balance. It’s perfect for anyone feeling overwhelmed, stressed, or mentally drained. Sessions are held virtually through video call so you can join from the comfort of your home, office, or wherever you need a moment of peace. Sometimes a few mindful minutes can change the entire tone of your day.


Cancellation Policy
Sessions are fully refundable if canceled at least 72 hours in advance. Cancellations made within 72 hours of your scheduled session are non-refundable. For example, if your session is scheduled for Friday at 3:00 PM, please cancel by Tuesday at 3:00 PM to receive a full refund. Thank you for respecting this sacred time and energetic preparation.
